About

A builder translating AI from hype into tools you can use tomorrow.

Noah Cheyer

My story

I grew up in Silicon Valley watching impossible ideas become reality. That experience taught me something most people miss about AI: the gap between what's possible and what's practical is where all the value lives.

After two years co-founding Speak About AI and managing bookings for AI keynote speakers, I kept seeing the same thing: event professionals drowning in manual work while every panel they sat through promised AI was about to “change everything.”

So I started building practical tools and frameworks, shaped by the event pros who actually used them. None of it was for a business model; it was because these people needed help they could use that week instead of another panel.

Today I speak and run workshops on the practical side of AI adoption. Every session ends with something the audience can use immediately, whether that's a custom AI tool or a clearer mental model of where AI fits in their work.

In early 2026 I founded Silicon Valley Speakers, a curated speaker bureau representing Silicon Valley operators — founders, CTOs, AI researchers, and elite performers. If you're looking for an AI keynote speaker beyond me, that's the roster to browse.

The journey

  1. Growing up

    Inside the AI revolution

Grew up as the son of Adam Cheyer, one of Siri's co-creators, watching the ideas behind early AI assistants move from research concepts into products used by billions of people. That front-row seat shaped a practical, builder-first approach to technology that shows up in every keynote and workshop.

  2. 2024

    Co-founded Speak About AI

Helped launch one of the first agencies dedicated to AI speakers. Managed relationships with top-tier speakers and helped organizations find the right voice for their events.

  3. 2024–present

    Shipped tools, not just talks

Built 12 free custom GPTs for event professionals, including the Event Timeline Generator (2,000+ users), a sponsorship pitch assistant, a contract auditor, and a survey analyzer.

  4. Early 2026

    Founded Silicon Valley Speakers

Built Silicon Valley Speakers' entire tech stack with AI for under $200, including CRM, automated contracts, personalized outreach, and three working portals. A working bet that AI is something you ship with, not just talk about.

What makes me different

Builds tools, not just talks

11 custom GPTs with 2,000+ users. The Event Timeline Generator is the most popular, and event pros report cutting their timeline drafts from a few hours down to about 30 minutes.

Community of 10,000+

A newsletter (~1,000 subscribers, 55% open rate), a WhatsApp community of 655 event pros, and 11 free tools that are all built and shared rather than gated.

Real operator, not consultant

Co-founded Speak About AI as one of the first AI-only speaker agencies, then built Silicon Valley Speakers' entire tech stack with AI for under $200, including CRM, contracts, outreach automation, and three working portals. Before that, helped launch BlendJet's marketplace end-to-end, from inventory operations through the consumer web build, on track to generate 7 figures of revenue in its first year.

Translates AI for non-technical audiences

The AI Readiness Framework came from 100+ real conversations with event professionals rather than desk theory. It maps any task on a 0–10 scale to show exactly where AI delivers today and where humans still hold the edge.

My approach

“Your audience doesn't need another ‘AI is coming’ keynote. They need someone who'll hand them three tools they can use Monday morning and a framework for knowing where AI actually delivers ROI in their workflow.”
